During and after my former years at MIT in the Feng Zhang lab, I created [CRISPR.MIT.EDU, which is used by thousands of scientists around the world to plan genome engineering projects with CRISPR/Cas9. In 2018, developed big data software and genome engineering platforms created by the Zhang lab, our postdocs and our collaborators. Currently in my doctorate research in the Gifford computational genomics lab at CSAIL, I use Deep Learning to discover regulatory relationships in the human genome and propose new tools for Interventional Genomics.
