As a Vice Chair on the Executive Committee of the Somerville Chamber of Commerce, I am part of a unique organization which drives economic growth in our community by strengthening relationships between businesses, not-for-profits, and city institutions. In addition to serving on the executive committee of the chamber board, I serve on the Taste of Somerville Committee and chair the 2018 Nomination Committee. My goal at the chamber is to empower minority entrepreneurship through mentorship opportunities and the diversification of our membership and leadership bodies. In general, I aim to support initiatives which channel the energy and resources of our business community to community good.
